Vermont Clover Soccer Club Ticket Policy
1. Revocable License & Admission Policy This ticket is a revocable license that grants the holder the right to attend a Vermont Clover event. By attending this event, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and exposure to communicable diseases. Vermont Clover, its affiliates, employees, players, and venue operators are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained before, during, or after the event, regardless of cause. The holder releases Vermont Clover from any liability, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Vermont Clover reserves the right to revoke this license, refuse admission, or eject any person for any reason, including but not limited to behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
2. Ticket Use & Validity This ticket is valid only for the date and time of the specific match it applies to. Vermont Clover uses only digital tickets. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will not be honored.
3. Prohibited Items & Security Screening All attendees and carried items are subject to search upon entry. Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry or ejection without refund. The following items are strictly prohibited: Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives Pyrotechnics, fireworks, explosives, and flammable substances Illegal substances, including drugs and drug paraphernalia Large bags or coolers (as proscribed by venue policy) Any items deemed dangerous by event security
4. Alcohol & Substance Policy The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages outside designated areas is prohibited. Violators will be ejected without refund. Vermont Clover reserves the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated.
5. Media & Photography Release By attending this event, the ticket holder grants Vermont Clover the right to use their image, likeness, and voice in any live or recorded broadcast, promotional materials, or media without compensation or further release.
6. Age & Entry Policy Everyone entering the grounds must have a ticket for entry. Children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
7. Refund, Cancellation, & Rescheduling All purchases are final sale. No returns or refunds are permitted. If an event is postponed, the ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date. If the game is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances, tickets will be honored for admission on the rescheduled date, or will be credited for a future match. Dates and times of events are subject to change. Vermont Clover is not responsible for any costs related to travel, accommodation, or any other other cost incurred due to rescheduling or cancellation.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver The ticket holder assumes all risks incidental to attending the event. Vermont Clover, its affiliates, employees, and venue operators are not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or any other damages incurred before, during, or after the event.
9. Force Majeure Vermont Clover is not liable for any delays, postponements, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to facility-related issues.
10. Term Updates Vermont Clover reserves the right to update any ticketing information as we see fit at any time without prior notice. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies.
11. Indemnity By purchasing and using this ticket, the holder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vermont Clover, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from:
Violation of these terms and conditions. Any activity related to the ticket holder’s actions at the event. This includes but is not limited to legal fees and costs incurred in defense of such claims.
